So many reason why not to use Rainbow Connection in Mt.Vernon…. 1. My daughter was allergic to milk and the teacher “accidentally” gave her milk on three separate occasions. 2. The new director does not care about your concerns or complaints. 3. The Teachers roll their eyes and are disrespectful to the parents. 4. Rainbow Connection is one of the more expensive daycares in the area 5. They changed their open hours to 6:45 and even then they do not always open on time! 6. You have to pay even if they did not attend that day or if the daycare randomly chooses to shut down. I am overall dissatisfied with their services!!2026-01-15
