   So many reason why not to use Rainbow Connection in Mt.Vernon…. 1. My daughter was allergic to milk and the teacher “accidentally” gave her milk on three separate occasions. 2. The new director does not care about your concerns or complaints. 3. The Teachers roll their eyes and are disrespectful to the parents. 4. Rainbow Connection is one of the more expensive daycares in the area 5. They changed their open hours to 6:45 and even then they do not always open on time! 6. You have to pay even if they did not attend that day or if the daycare randomly chooses to shut down. I am overall dissatisfied with their services!!

   The director is very ill-mannered and incompetent. My daughter was prescribed medication, from her pediatrician, and the director refused to give it to her. The doctor’s office called and she still refused to follow the orders. When I confronted the director about it she said, “In her opinion my daughter did not need it and furthermore I could take her home.” I am very dissatisfied with the care my daughter has received. The staff has openly expressed their opinion about the facility along with several parent complaints. I am happy to report that my daughter no longer attends this horrible intuition they claim to be a “Christian daycare.” Please use caution before sending your child to Rainbow Connection.
