Hi, I am trying to help my daughter with a child care situation. She has found a nanny for her 2 kids, ages 5 and 3. This woman would live with them in their home. The question is…how much should she pay her, knowing she is providing room and board and that she will be part of the family…going out to dinner with them, going on vacations with them, etc. This will be a first time experience for them ( having someone live in with them ) if you have any suggestions about transitioning to this situation we would appreciate your input.
